Our Group Department provides competitive pricing and complete, expert coordination for u.s.a. air-inclusive or land-only group travel. We offer these services for touring, excursion and pre- and post-cruise groups. There are no restrictions on tour duration or product inclusions aside from a required minimum of 15 passengers (for most destinations). Book everything from a single motorcoach airport transfer to a multi-destination itinerary inclusive of air, hotel, motorcoach, sightseeing, shows, and meals.

PRICING
Group pricing is based on volume and specially negotiated contracts which afford significant value over standard F.I.T packages.
Get America Tours provides every service a group may need, including airline tickets, accommodations ranging from deluxe properties to budget hotels; pre-arranged meals; transportation; tour escorts, local guides or expert historians; tickets to concerts, theatre performances, and special events. Our group coordinators serve as consultants throughout the quotation and booking process, remaining both informative and flexible, in order to provide your group with the best possible itinerary.
Our staff is well versed in all aspects of group travel. We will assist you customizing a pre-determined itinerary or we can design one from scratch.

PROCEDURES
OBTAIN A QUOTE
To request a quote, just e-mail us a completed Group Quotation Request Form . E-mail to: usa@getamericatours.com
RECEIVE YOUR QUOTE
In most cases, you will receive your quote within three business days. Extensive multi-city itineraries may require additional time. After you receive the quote, a Get America Tours agent will follow up with you to ensure that everything has been covered and to answer any questions.
No space will be held or confirmed until we receive the instructions to book the group.
DEPOSIT & BOOKING
Once you agree upon a quoted price and itinerary, we require a non-refundable $500 deposit per group to begin the booking process. If your booking includes air, we will advise you of the carrier’s additional deposit requirements at the time of confirmation and the additional deposits for the land arrangements. Deposits for land are refundable only if Get America Tours is unable to confirm the services offered. Air and land service deposits may have additional restrictions.
FINAL PAYMENT
Final Payments is due no later than 60 days prior to departure (some hotels and services may require an alternate payment schedule which will be advised at the time of confirmation). Prices are guaranteed upon receipt of final payment
To avoid the possibility of a price increase due to these factors, we recommend submitting payment in full upon confirmation.
RECEIVE TOUR DOCUMENTS
Prior to departure you will receive a detailed itinerary with local contact information, and service vouchers. The itinerary and vouchers are for use by the group leader.
CANCELLATIONS
The $500 land deposit is non-refundable. Once final payment has been received, cancellations received 15days or more prior to departure are subject to 50% cancellation charges per person. Cancellations received within 14 days of departure are subject to a 75% cancellation charge per person. Cancellations received less than 72 hours prior to departure are fully non-refundable. Any additional cancellation fees imposed by suppliers and hotels will be passed along to you. Air cancellation penalties vary by airline and will be advised at the time of travel.
