1. New York - Niagara Falls
Depart New York and travel northwest through the beautiful Mountains and across scenic upstate New York. Experience the state's diverse ethnic heritage and the rolling hills of the Finger Lakes, one of the country's premier wine producing areas, before reaching today's highlight, Niagara Falls. After sunset enjoy a walking tour to view the massive, illuminated waterfalls.
| 2. Niagara Falls - New York
This morning we'll enjoy breathtaking views of the Falls. We will take a cruise on Niagara River, aboard the Maid of the Mist for amazing close-ups at the base of the thundering waterfalls (seasonally). After the cruise , we return through picturesque countryside to New York City.
Mid Oct - Apr.: The boat ride Maid of the Mist will be substituted with an awe inspiring visit to the Scenic Tunnels behind the Canadian Falls.

Late Bookings
For bookings received within 7 days of departure, a $50.00 surcharge per person will apply.
Terms & Conditions
Transportation and Guiding
Transportation is provided in mini-buses or buses according to the number of passengers traveling. All tours are escorted by professional bi- or multi-lingual tour and/or driver guides. Depending on the number of passengers booked for a particular departure. Visits, stops and other tour components may be deleted, added and/or substituted from the tour without notice.
Accommodations
Our hotels are of superior tourist class or first class . Get America Tours reserves the right to change the hotel to another of equal or better standard than the hotel mentioned in the itineraries.
Triple and Quad rooms are based on the existing bedding in a room which is 2 double beds. Meals, or other expenses of personal nature are not included unless mentioned in a particular tour.
Children
Children are 11 years or less. Tour members who are between 5 and 11 years and traveling with two adults in the same room receive a child discount on the tour price. Please see the respective tour for prices.
Tips
Tips are not included. We recommend to tip on all tours $5.00 per person per day to the Driver and Guide
Payment
We accept all major credit cards.
Confirmation
It’s easy to book. Once we have received your reservation and payment, all confirmation vouchers will be send by e-mail.
Baggage
On tours that operated by bus, you can take all your luggage with you.
On tours operated by van, there is limited space for luggage. Passengers are allowed one suitcase and one handbag per person.
Baggage handling is not included in any of the tours.
Travel Documents - Passports & Visas
Passport required. Some nationalities may need multiple entry visa's to the U.S.A. and a Canadian visa.
Travel Documents are the sole responsibility of the passengers. Get America Tours will not be held responsible for any damages or additional expenses incurred for lack of improper travel documentation.

Bus Tours to Canada
Passengers that require a visa for Canada and do not have one can still join the tour.
By advising us in advance, passengers with improper travel documents to cross and visit Canada, can still join our 2 day tour “Niagara Express” .In such event, the passenger will remain on the American side and will not join the walking tour at night to the Canadian side. The rest of the tour remains the same.
You should advise us in advance and we will book your hotel on the American side of the Falls.
The group and the guide will be staying at a hotel on the Canadian side of the falls, and you will miss the walking tour in the evening on the Canadian side. However, you will be able to join the boat ride on the Maid of the Mist as this departs from the American side of the Falls. You will get to see the American Falls and the Canadian Falls from the boat.
During the winter months, when the Maid of the Mist is not operating, you will be able to walk to the Falls on your own. There are no substitute attractions on the America side of the Falls.
Cancellations
Cancellations made 31 days or more will incur a 10% cancellation penalty.Cancellations made between 30 and 15 days prior to departure will have 50% cancellation penalty. Full tour price will be charged for cancellations made 14 days or less. No refunds will be made on unused portions of a tour.
Refunds
All refund requests must be made in writing within 30 days of the tour departure. Any refunds due will be by US$ check and mailed. If payment is made by credit card, your credit card will be refunded. Refunds will be processed within 30 days.
Responsibility
Get America Tours LLC acts as agent for all issued tickets or vouchers and all arrangements for transportation, conveyance or hotel accommodation and assumes no liability or responsibility for (1) any injuries, loss, damage, accidents (2) delay, irregularities or inconvenience by any defect in a vehicle (3) traffic conditions, access to sites, additional costs or other conditions beyond its control. Get America Tours LLC reserves the right to cancel or change any tours, schedules, or rates and to cancel or substitute routes and stops on any tour without prior notice & to substitute equipment as needed. Get America Tours reserves the right to remove any passenger that is a disturbance or posses any threat to the smooth operation of a tour.
Passengers with Disabilities
Get America Tours makes all efforts to accommodate all passengers, including those with disabilities.
Some tours are not suitable for passengers which require wheelchairs and other disabilities.
We cannot guarantee hotel rooms for the handicapped.
Passengers with special needs, medical conditions and disabilities must advise Get America Tours when making their reservation.
Get America Tours does not accept any liability regarding the suitability of individual tours and must reserve the right to decline a booking should it be considered that we will be unable to meet in full our obligation to the passenger.

We have both taken many successful organized tours in Israel and in Europe, but we never enjoyed a tour like this one and all that thanks to your wonderful guide Eli.
I learned in 2 days more about your country than I did in my whole life.
Eli's knowledge and capability to pass it on to others is something rarely found.
