Cancellation: No refunds for cancellations or changes made after booking the tour. Tour is non-refundable. Get America Tours is not responsible for any expenses incurred as a result of the tour being cancelled due to weather conditions or strikes or cancellation of flights by the airline.
Visits, stops and other tour components may be deleted, added and/or substituted from the tour without notice.
In the unlikely case of flights being canceled due to weather, all accommodation, meals and personal expenditures are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Documentation
PASSPORT REQUIRED. Important notice for passengers traveling to Niagara Falls: *** PASSPORT REQUIRED, SOME NATIONALITIES MAY NEED A USA RE-ENTRY VISA AND/OR VISA TO ENTER CANADA*** Documentation & visas are at the passenger’s own responsibility. Get America Tours will not absorb any additional expenses as a result of improper documentation.
Effective January 01,2008. Passport is required for all countries including US citizens.
Some nationalities may need multiple entry visa's to the U.S.A. and a Canadian visa.
Travel Documents are the sole responsibility of the passengers. Get America Tours will not be held responsible for any damages or additional expenses incurred for lack of improper travel documentation.

Baggage One bag of soft material not exceeding 25 lbs ( 10kg ) is allowed. Porterage is not included. GAT is not responsible for loss / damage to baggage.
Responsibility
Get America Tours LLC acts as agent for all issued tickets or vouchers and all arrangements for transportation, conveyance or hotel accommodation and assumes no liability or responsibility for (1) any injuries, loss, damage, accidents (2) delay, irregularities or inconvenience by any defect in a vehicle (3) traffic conditions, access to sites, additional costs or other conditions beyond its control. Get America Tours LLC reserves the right to cancel or change any tours, schedules, or rates and to cancel or substitute routes and stops on any tour without prior notice & to substitute equipment as needed. Get America Tours reserves the right to remove any passenger that is a disturbance or posses any threat to the smooth operation of a tour.
