Transportation is provided in buses All tours are escorted by professional bi- or multi-lingual tour and/or driver guides. Visits, stops and other tour components may be deleted, added and/or substituted from the tour without notice. Meals, or other expenses of personal nature are not included unless mentioned in a particular tour.
Our hotels are of superior tourist class or first class . Get America Tours reserves the right to change the hotel to another of equal or better standard than the hotel mentioned in the itineraries.
Triple and Quad rooms are based on the existing bedding in a room which is 2 double beds. Meals, or other expenses of personal nature are not included unless mentioned in a particular tour.
Children Tour members who are between 2 and 16 years and traveling with two adults in the same room receive a child discount on the tour price. Please see the respective tour for prices.
Tips Tips are not included. We recommend to tip $10.00 per passenger per day to the Driver and Guide.
Payment We accept all major credit cards.
It’s easy to book. Once we have received your reservation and payment, all confirmation vouchers will be send by e-mail.
On tours that operated by bus, you can take all your luggage with you.
On tours operated by van, there is limited space for luggage. Passengers are allowed one suitcase and one handbag per person.
Baggage handling is not included in any of the tours.
Foreign Language tour guides are provided on tours based on a minimum amount of passengers traveling. Please check with our office to see if the foreign language guide will be provided.
Cancellations Cancellations made between 30 and 15 days prior to departure will have 50% cancellation penalty. Full tour price will be charged for cancellations made 14 days or less. No refunds will be made on unused portions of a tour.
All refund requests must be made in writing within 30 days of the tour departure. Any refunds due will be by US$ check and mailed. If payment is made by credit card, your credit card will be refunded. Refunds will be processed within 30 days.
Get America Tours LLC acts as agent for all issued tickets or vouchers and all arrangements for transportation, conveyance or hotel accommodation and assumes no liability or responsibility for (1) any injuries, loss, damage, accidents (2) delay, irregularities or inconvenience by any defect in a vehicle (3) traffic conditions, access to sites, additional costs or other conditions beyond its control. Get America Tours LLC reserves the right to cancel or change any tours, schedules, or rates and to cancel or substitute routes and stops on any tour without prior notice & to substitute equipment as needed. Get America Tours reserves the right to remove any passenger that is a disturbance or posses any threat to the smooth operation of a tour.
Passengers with Disabilities
Get America Tours makes all efforts to accommodate all passengers, including those with disabilities.
Some tours are not suitable for passengers which require wheelchairs and other disabilities.
We cannot guarantee hotel rooms for the handicapped.
Passengers with special needs, medical conditions and disabilities must advise Get America Tours when making their reservation.
Get America Tours does not accept any liability regarding the suitability of individual tours and must reserve the right to decline a booking should it be considered that we will be unable to meet in full our obligation to the passenger.
